Demonstrated successes in managing commercial tenants, leasing, negotiations, contracts, market research, acquisitions, dispositions, repositions, construction management, tenant improvements, problem-solving, financial analysis, business development, team development, training, investor relations, capital raising, syndications, financing, loan workouts, tax and 1031 exchange strategies.

CLICK PICTURE FOR PANELIST BIO: Troy is a multi-designated commercial broker and experience investor, commercial appraiser, property manager and real estate developer. Troy has completed hundreds of commercial appraisals, BPO’s and helped clients transact over 400 million in commercial real estate deals. He has also completed hundreds of lease transactions on behalf of a variety of office, industrial and retail tenants. Most impressively, Troy has developed and owns all four major asset classes of real estate. Troy also owns an independent real estate brokerage firm and a property management firm. Troy is active in the commercial real estate industry and has been quoted in the WSJ, local and regional radio shows and news media and was named a “rising star” earlier in his career by the CREI magazine. Troy has been called a “serial entrepreneur” and has bought and sold multiple businesses, including retail businesses, property management businesses and technology businesses. He is a father of 6 children and happily married for over 30 years. Troy is a cancer survivor and lives every day to its fullest. Troy enjoys serving his community through his Church, adoption, the Boys and Girls Club, and helping solve homelessness in his community. Troy enjoys boating and fishing.

She has been directly involved in the growth and organization of the company, helping to maintain and bolster the company’s three core offerings: brokerage, management and consulting. During her tenure, Saratoga has tripled their managed properties and Amia has completed over 200 leasing/sales transactions. Amia has received the respected CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, is involved with the local CCIM Chapter, volunteers with Junior Achievement of Washington and is an avid supporter of other local entities such as Rebound, Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center and Collide.
