My focus on multifamily renovations is increasing affordability options to residents by adding density and utility within the existing footprint of the building; I’m currently working on three renovation projects. On the ground-up side, I’m currenting the in the framing stage on a 61 unit market-rate project on Capitol Hill and in permitting on a 59 unit SEDU site in Ballard.
